- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆NEVER AGAIN!!! First let's start with the LOCATION! They are located on the East Side of Las Vegas which is a ruff part of town. After delivering the RV we had to wait 2 hours before we could go to our hotel. There's no shuttle service, so be prepared to be stuck. The staff were friendly enough, except for Mr. Florian Henig was very smug and condescending but he did it very well with a smile.
